I definitely suggest ROG. We went for the consultation and they made sure everything was explained. They even took Evan the same day and put his first set of braces on. That save us an hour trip. Karla was the one who did my sons braces. She was an amazing person. She was very gentle and explain the process through out. Definitely a great place!

The staff at ROG Orthodontist are very courteous and welcoming. The office is clean and spacious and the Dr is takes time to explain everything in detail and answers all your questions and give suggestions as to what they believe would be the best treatment option for you. I would recommend ROG Orthodontist to everyone. They're number in my book.

Jordyn was very nice to my mother and I during my appointment. She told me what to do and what not to do and honestly she felt like one of my friends. Jordyn was funny while we were glueing on my brackets with the UV we said it was like getting our nails done. My mother and I would love to have her again for my orthodontist appointment she is so funny very sweet and gave me good tips for the future. I hope I see Jordyn again at my next appointment. We’ve had an overall great experience at ROG. My son’s teeth are beautiful now. One person stood out to us tho… My son (17) is not a super social fella but he would always ask if his appointment was with Jordyn. “I dunno, she just has good vibes, mom” is what he has said in the past. This is HIGH PRAISE that is not easily given! I’ll be honest. I too, hoped we would get Jordyn! She made every appointment enjoyable. Borderline entertaining. I’m genuinely looking forward to going back next year for my daughter’s braces bc I KNOW she will also love Jordyn! Give that woman a RAISE! Thanks for making this such a great experience:)

LOVE ROG! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and professional, but the interaction I had today and the level of guest experience ROG offers to its customers is next level- Because they have weekend communication for patients- No other office does that! Big shoutout to Kim! My child became sick (on a Sunday) and the appointment was for Monday, so texted the ROG # to reschedule, not expecting a response until Monday (Another bonus is the option to text for communication!). I received an auto-response but then saw another text come through shortly afterwards and assumed it was another auto-generated response. By my surprise, it was a personalized response from Kim at ROG with dates to reschedule! I was shocked! I was so thankful I didn’t have to wait until the next day during the busy work day to get a new date on the calendar, on top of the guilt that comes with needing to reschedule last minute. This is another way ROG values the patients and provides excellence in their customer service! Thank you Kim for being so kind and prompt in your response and for going an above and beyond by working weekends to help meet the needs of patients! I am still so pleasantly surprised, this
